V rest
Our company’s diamond V rest is used in a wide range of applications, such as the mass production cutting lines of motor manufacturers and the rests for pin shafts that are undergoing circularity degree inspections and products undergoing the grinding processing of round bar work.
While it depends on the circumstances of use, abrasion resistance is increased 10-40 times compared to a cemented carbide V rest.
Because it is made of diamond, it is possible to conduct processing without the need to use lubricant oil, making a lubrication unit and maintenance of oil unnecessary.

Work rest for centerless use
This product is used for the blade (work rest) of a centerless grinder.
Data has been obtained which indicates that the exchange cycle of our company’s diamond blade (Compax blade) has 300 times the abrasion resistance compared to a work rest made from cemented carbide.
Furthermore, we can sharpen or exchange the diamond component, and it is possible to recycle the base metal.

Gauge head
We arrange for two types: dial gauge type and test indicator (Lever type pick test) type.
The dial gauge type is manufactured as a 1R semicircle with a size of M2.5x0.45, and the test indicator type is made to a size of φ2,M1.7x0.35.
There is little abrasion compared to the existing gauge head made from ruby and cemented carbide, so it is effective in providing an improvement in the accuracy of inspections and longtime automatic inspections.

Coiling tool
This tool is used for coiling machines that manufacture coil springs.
It has a past track record of manufacturing coiling springs, core bars, wire guides, pitch tools, and more.
It is extremely effective in the coil processing of wires that abrade quickly with cemented carbide jigs, such as SUS uninsulated electrical wires and oil temper wires.
